Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain GIS software and drone integration tools
2. Design, develop, and maintain websites for Nurture Xcel and Nurture Aerospace
3. Implement and optimize SEO, site security, and website performance
4. Collaborate with hardware and R&D teams for software-hardware integration
5. Drive complete end-to-end development, from concept to deployment and testing

3. Tech stack & tools:

a. Frontend: React.js/Angular (MERN / MEAN)

b. Backend: Node.js / Express.js

c. Database: MongoDB / MySQL

d. DevOps: Git, GitHub, CI/CD, basic cloud exposure

e. Bonus: APIs for drones, GIS, AI modules, or IoT integrations

f. Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP
