About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Software Developer with a strong background in the MERN stack, including proficiency in React.js, Node.js, React Native, MongoDB, and TypeScript. In this role, you will work on innovative projects and contribute to building scalable web and mobile applications while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Mobile Applications: Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Code Quality: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Problem Solving: Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices in software development.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Expertise:
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, React Native, and MongoDB.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and its integration within projects.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team, communicate clearly, and collaborate across various departments.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
