Job Title: Associate Software Engineer (Flutter)
Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
Location: Mohali
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in building mobile applications. You’ll be working closely with our development team to design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and building advanced mobile applications using Flutter
- Collaborate with the design and backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth UI/UX
- Debug and resolve technical issues or bugs
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development
- Proactively enhance cross-platform development capabilities by learning and adapting to additional technologies as needed by the team or project requirements.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Flutter development
- Understanding of Dart language, OOP concepts, and widget lifecycle and Flutter architecture
- Exposure to state management (Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and packages & plugins
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle
- Exposure to Flutter Web or app deployment on Play Store/App Store.
- Knowledge of app deployment on the Play Store or App Store
- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development is a plus.
- Exposure to AI integrations and AI development tools.
- Familiarity with MVVM or clean architecture.
- A mindset of continuous learning and interest in exploring new technologies beyond Flutter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications in mobile app development will be an advantage
