Associate Software Engineer II

• Support internal and external client-based Quality Assurance organizations throughout QA/testing activities in multi-tier environment
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting of complex issues, coordinating the involvement of business and/or UHG IT development resources in incident resolution as necessary
• To support the deployment activity as well as maintenance of application
• Perform software deployments, infrastructure services and vulnerability management for multi-tier environments
• Should have knowledge in Unix/Shell Scripting, FTP, TCP/IP
• Work Management - Managing multiple tasks, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Collaborate on continuous improvements to deployment strategies and technical services activities
  
  

Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or equivalent
• Hands on experience in SQL and PLSQL coding, should have solid knowledge on Joins, Sub Queries, Packages, Functions, procedures, Triggers etc.
• Experience in tools like SVN, GitHub Version Control tools etc.
• Experience with Service Management tools like Service Now, ALM, JIRA, SharePoint, HPSM, etc.
• Knowledge in Unix/Shell Scripting, FTP, TCP/IP
• Knowledge in ORACLE 19c versions for SQL & PL/SQL Procedural Language
• Knowledge on microservices, SOAP and REST APIs
• Knowledge of CICD /Release Automation tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Chef/Puppet/Ansible etc.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
