Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Test Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications by designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and supporting the development team in delivering a high-quality product.

We are looking for a passionate Test Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications by designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and supporting the development team in delivering a high-quality product.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute manual test cases and log defects with detailed steps and screenshots.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / TestNG / JUnit (as per company stack).
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA reviews.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.
- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts (STLC, SDLC, defect life cycle).
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing (functional, regression, smoke, sanity).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Automation Testing (preferably Selenium with Java/Python/JS).
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman (API Testing preferred).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Exposure to API Testing (Postman / REST Assured).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
