We are looking for a Customer-Facing SaaS Implementation Specialist responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring the platform to their business needs, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality go-live.
This is a hybrid role combining business analysis, solution configuration, workflow understanding, project coordination, and user training.
The ideal candidate understands how enterprise SaaS platforms work, can translate business processes into functional configurations, and can confidently interact with customers.

- Strong customer-facing communication skills
(comfortable running workshops, demos, status calls, and trainings)
- Good understanding of how SaaS platforms work
(users/roles, workflows, configurations, data models, integrations)
- Business process understanding & workflow mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into software configurations
- Hands-on experience with configuration-driven SaaS products
- Analytical skillset for data mapping, data validation, and structured problem solving
- Strong documentation skills
(BRDs, configuration docs, SOPs, UAT test cases)
- Basic technical comfort
(JSON, Excel, API basics, environment configs, admin settings)
- Project coordination & timeline management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and manage escalations
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users
- Adaptability & learning agility
(quickly learn new modules, new customer processes, new features)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Domain knowledge in TPRM / Compliance / GRC (bonus, not required).
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, GRC, HRIS, ITSM, Procurement, etc.)
- Exposure to integration testing (Postman, API calls, SSO basics).
- Experience working with enterprise customers or in B2B SaaS.
- Ability to create process diagrams or workflow charts (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
Customer Onboarding & Discovery :
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with customer process owners.
- Understand existing workflows, approval processes, data models, and pain points.
- Convert business needs into structured functional requirements and configuration plans.
- Configure workflows, rules, forms, templates, and user roles based on client requirements.
- Set up integrations, notifications, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with business use cases, compliance needs, and operational expectations.
- Prepare customer data templates and assist in data cleansing.
- Manage upload of customer data (masters, historical data, configuration data).
- Validate migrated data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy.
- Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Lead weekly customer meetings and maintain status reports & issue logs.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering/product teams for escalations.
