Key responsibilities:
1 - Work closely with product and delivery teams to support BAU and project deliveries.
2 - Collaborate with architects to plan and design effective technical solutions.
3 - Manage compliance and address vulnerabilities associated with services.
4 - Coordinate with central teams to handle dependencies and implement compliance fixes.
5 - Drive automation initiatives by adopting a forward-thinking automation mindset.
6 - Participate in PI planning, presenting ideas and contributing to solution design.
7 - Ensure thorough documentation of processes, solutions, and technical details for operational efficiency.
8 - Follow Agile practices and actively contribute to multidisciplinary Scrum teams.

4 - Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to identify root causes and resolve issues independently.
5 - Commitment to continuous improvement through automation and change-driven approaches.
6 - Excellent communication skills with ability to write technical documentation and problem statements.
7 - Comfort working in Agile environments and within cross-functional teams.
8 - Desirable skills: Docker, Splunk, Bash scripting.
