Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automation Tester with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python and Selenium to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure software quality and performance.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
- Report and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Participate in code reviews, test case reviews, and maintain test documentation.
- 1–2 years of experience in automation testing using Python and Selenium.
- Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and test automation principles.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
