Job Title: QA Engineer (Automation)

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Experience: 2–6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Python
• Perform API testing using Postman and JavaScript
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test plans
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
• Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through both manual and automated testing
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java/Python
• Experience with API testing using Postman and JavaScript
• Familiarity with modern testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Solid knowledge of software QA and test management tools
• Good understanding of project management and issue tracking tool Jira.

Preferred:

• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
