So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role focuses on product testing within Public Safety & Justice market.

You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, validating backend processes, and supporting automation efforts using Selenium and Java/C#.

How will you make an impact?

• First priority task is QA test of server components, CTI interfaces and client applications. Role will include system set-up, configuration, test planning, test case design and implementation, fault replication and analysis, testing of software fixes, build and deployment.
• The ideal candidate is a rapid learner, self-motivated and a good communicator. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential along with a high standard of work.
• The candidate should be fierce in your pursuit of product quality.
• Ideal candidate should be an excellent problem solver with an active interest in the latest QA tools and technologies and be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about process.
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• Candidate is likely to have 2-4 years’ experience in software QA; less experienced candidates would be considered if they have strong technical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent
• Experience in developing test automation using Selenium and C# for Windows and Web based applications
• Hands-on experience with Azure Test Plans – creation, maintenance and execution
• Strong understanding of SQL (MySQL/MSSQL) and experience with database testing
• Knowledge of Windows server and client technology
• System Set-up and installation experience
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication, experience with engaging with stakeholders from multiple geo-locations
• Knowledge of latest automation technologies and frameworks, and adaptability to quickly learn and implement the same
  
  

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in with testing desktop application and API testing
• Hands-on experience in test automation using latest frameworks like Selenium (with C#), Cucumber or Reqnroll.
• Performance testing using JMeter
• Knowledge of CTI, IP networking, web server/CGI front ends, database (MSSQL)
• Basic knowledge of DevOps and other CI/CD tools and practices (GIT, Jenkins, Nexus, etc)
