Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in both manual testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality through rigorous testing practices, including regression testing, test planning, and automation using modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing:

• Design, create, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Perform regression testing and validate fixes across releases.
• Prepare STP (System Test Plan) and present STR (System Test Report) to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure requirements coverage.
• Document defects and track them to closure using standard tools.
  
  

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks for test automation in Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
• Analyze automation results and provide actionable insights to the team.
  
  

• Manual Testing: Regression testing, STP creation, STR presentations, defect management.
• Automation Testing: o Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript (preferred) o Knowledge of BDD frameworks – Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Basic understanding of performance testing concepts.
• Semiconductor Domain experience
