Automation Tester

Overview

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with hands-on expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing across Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and API Testing. The ideal candidate should have the ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch and also execute manual testing when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Automation Frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API Testing.
• Conduct manual testing when automation is not feasible.
• Perform dry runs and peer reviews of automation scripts and frameworks.
• Report automation issues and challenges to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage and review test scripts regularly.
• Maintain proper documentation of test cases, results, and framework changes.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly status reports with the Test Manager and Project Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, BA, and project leads to ensure end-to-end quality.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing across Web, Mobile, and API layers.
• Proven expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium, Appium, and Seetest.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience in API Testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Ability to design and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience in Test Data Management and test documentation.

Good to Have:

• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Exposure to version control tools like Git.
• Basic knowledge of performance testing tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
