Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Testing professional with a strong background in Gen AI for our dynamic team at ShepHertz. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions through the development and execution of automation scripts that leverage the latest in AI models and machine learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of automation testing methodologies alongside a robust expertise in AI-driven testing strategies.

The Candidate Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions

Development And Execution of Automated Tests:

• Create and maintain automation test scripts.
• Employing cutting-edge AI models and machine learning algorithms to automate and enhance testing processes.
• Improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Leveraging Gen AI to identify gaps in testing and strategically expanding test scenarios to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring rapid deployment of features with high confidence in product stability.
  
  

• Design and implement AI-driven testing frameworks.
• Utilize Python, Java, or JavaScript to develop testing frameworks that harness the power of Gen AI for predictive analytics and automatic test generation.
• Optimise testing processes with AI.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to analyse test results, predict potential faults, and prioritise testing efforts based on risk and impact.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to continuously refine testing strategies and tools.
