Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for WebUI applications.
• Create and execute API test cases using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test automation strategies.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous testing efforts.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain documentation related to test planning, test cases, and test execution results.
• Support manual testing efforts when necessary.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or comparable tools.
• Strong scripting skills in VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full SDLC.
• Experience in creating modular, reusable, and maintainable test cases.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tricentis Tosca or similar automation frameworks.
• ISTQB certification an advantage
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Experience integrating Tosca with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams through complex projects, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Experience in team handling, including mentoring junior members, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts to ensure optimal productivity and morale
