Automotive Data Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Data Entry / Data Builder professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive spare parts, and have prior experience in spares operations at an OEM or a parts distribution company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, organize, and maintain large volumes of automotive parts data in Excel and internal databases
• Build and validate product catalogs by matching OEM part numbers with aftermarket and OES equivalents
• Interpret technical data sheets, parts catalogs, and vehicle fitment information
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with sourcing and tech teams to improve catalog integrity and usability
• Regularly update and maintain mappings for part replacements and supersessions

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with OEM and aftermarket spare parts (mandatory)
• Prior role in an OEM or automotive parts distribution company, specifically in the spares division
• Strong understanding of part numbers, compatibility, and replacement logic between OEM, OES, and aftermarket brands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Data Cleanup, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing product data
• Ability to read and interpret automotive diagrams and parts catalogs is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
