Requirements
- Guide and coach technical teams and the organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values, ensuring
- Facilitate all Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives,with a focus on technical outcomes and goals.
- Assist the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, specifically helping them to address and resolve technical challenges and dependencies.
- Collaborate with the product owner and stakeholders to maintain the backlog and release plans, ensuring the team is working on the highest priority items.
- Facilitate the creation of end to end project delivery plan after considering the technical complexity and required engineering activities
- Identify and remove technical impediments, or guide the team to address and resolve impediments,
- Collaborate with the team to understand data requirements and implement solutions that support analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or project manager in a technical environment for at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project management.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software architectures (microservices,
- Advanced Agile certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Professional
- Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or data science projects.
