AWS DevOps Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our AWS infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to automate deployments, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and stability of our applications, enabling us to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and resilient AWS infrastructure solutions to support our applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks, implementing solutions to optimize performance and ensure high availability to maintain service levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on users.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across our AWS environment to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments and operations to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency.
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, and Lambda.
• Proven experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
