Role - AWS DevOps Engineer

Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 1 PM -10 PM (Afternoon Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Web Developer with strong AWS cloud deployment skills to manage dynamic, database-driven websites. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure web platforms with performance-optimized infrastructure and tight version control.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage scalable websites hosted on AWS
• Configure and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for performance
• Implement, maintain, and secure AWS infrastructure: EC2, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudFront, IAM, and AWS WAF
• Set up and manage Git-based workflows for collaborative and version-controlled development
• Ensure security and preventive maintenance across the application stack
• Monitor backups, automate disaster recovery readiness, and perform periodic audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud-native deployments and site performance optimization
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong command of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud architecture
• Proficiency in Magento, PHP, and JavaScript (Node.js is a plus)
• Deep understanding of relational databases and performance tuning
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with automated backups, disaster recovery, and security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Magento module/theme development
• Docker, NGINX/Apache configuration
• AWS Certifications (Architect/Developer)
• Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
