Role Overview:
We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge in Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will be an added advantage. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset to support cloud infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 to L3 level cloud support for Azure environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve cloud infrastructure-related issues.
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud operations align with business needs.
- Document support procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience or certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-900 preferred).
- Understanding of core cloud concepts: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, networking, storage, and security.
- Basic to advanced knowledge in Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
- Exposure to AWS or GCP platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work from the Kochi office, 5 days a week.
