Azure DevOps Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in building and managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GitHub, Terraform, and Docker, with working knowledge of Azure App Services. This role involves approximately 45–50% coding, preferably in Python, to support automation and infrastructure tooling.

Work Location: Remote
Work Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 PM (IST)

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, following infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Deploy and monitor applications on Azure App Services.
• Containerize and manage applications using Docker.
• Develop internal tools, scripts, and automation workflows in Python.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline the release process.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Maintain documentation and ensure infrastructure security and compliance.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience with Azure App Services and deployment workflows.
• Solid understanding of Docker and container-based deployments.
• Intermediate to advanced coding/scripting skills in Python.
• Familiar with cloud architecture principles and best practices (preferably Azure).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
