Role: Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

Experience: 7–12 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, automate, and manage secure cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps automation, and multi-cloud environments.

This role requires hands-on experience in cloud-native infrastructure, automation, scalability, and production-grade deployments with a strong focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure infrastructure environments.
• Configure and manage Azure networking, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPNs, and security controls.
• Implement high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring strategies.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, RBAC, governance, and cost optimization initiatives.

DevOps & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and reusable modules.
• Automate deployments, patching, monitoring, and operational workflows.

Kubernetes & Containerization

• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS preferred).
• Manage container orchestration, scaling, ingress, and networking.
• Work with Azure Container Registry (ACR) for container image management.
• Implement container security, monitoring, and operational best practices.

Multi-Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Support hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with providers such as Vultr, Hetzner, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
• Ensure infrastructure portability, scalability, and resilience across environments.

Security & Monitoring

• Implement cloud security best practices and compliance controls.
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution for production environments.

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Strong Terraform/IaC implementation experience.
• Experience with Azure Container Registry (ACR).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance.
• Experience supporting multi-cloud environments.
• Scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vultr or Hetzner cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker and container security.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Exposure to GitOps methodologies.
• Experience with high availability and disaster recovery architectures.

Certifications Preferred

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) are an added advantage.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps Engineering.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
