Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, driven Back-End Developer who is ready to build the next wave of digital and AI-first products. From dynamic web apps to high-performance web and mobile apps and enterprise-grade platforms, you'll be at the forefront of crafting seamless user experiences. You'll be

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js/Python.
- Design scalable APIs and database schemas across PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
- Ensure clean, modular, and testable code with proper version control and documentation.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to ship production-ready features.
- Optimize system performance, handle error logging, and debug production issues.
- Contribute to architecture, infrastructure planning, and code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable building and scaling RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
- Experience in production-level projects and agile team setups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and code ownership.
- Effective communicator in a cross-functional environment.
