Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Back-end Developer to join our dynamic team based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code.

2. Develop RESTful APIs to support our applications.

3. Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate your back-end services with their work.

4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

5. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs promptly.

6. Help maintain code integrity and architecture.

7. Understand MongoDB database technology and its concepts to support our data storage needs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on back-end technologies. Experience in Node.js is highly preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, RESTful API design and implementation.

3. Familiarity with MongoDB for database work.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

7. Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

8. Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.

9. Experience working with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.

10. Located in Hyderabad, India, or willing to relocate.
