About the Role
We’re looking for a Backend & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale real-time infrastructure powering global communication. You’ll work on distributed microservices, low-latency APIs, cloud-native systems, and production-grade DevOps pipelines.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Backend & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale real-time infrastructure powering global communication. You’ll work on distributed microservices, low-latency APIs, cloud-native systems, and production-grade DevOps pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build fault-tolerant services (WebRTC SFU, TURN/STUN, analytics pipelines)
- Develop RESTful & WebSocket APIs with ultra-low latency
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and observability
- Optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for scale
- 2+ years backend development & DevOps experience
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/2, WebRTC)
- Hands-on with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm
- Proficiency in Node.js/Golang/Python
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Linux proficiency & Git-based workflows
- Experience with SIP, RTP/RTCP, GStreamer, FFmpeg
- Open-source contributions or SRE practices
