Overview

Responsibilities:

• Provide backup IT support during 9th May to 12th May
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Assist with device setups and configurations (laptops, printers, scanners)
• Support daily IT operations and resolve user queries
• Maintain backup logs and document issue resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff if required

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with system backup and data recovery processes
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to support needs
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior IT support/help desk experience preferred
• [Optional] Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus
