Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective technical and business solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, wireframes, and use cases as needed.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Support development and QA teams during the SDLC to ensure requirements alignment.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare insights-driven reports.
- Assist in creating UAT plans, test scenarios, and support user testing.
- Ensure all requirements meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of requirement-gathering techniques and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or similar.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and process mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
