TIPL (ICoE India) Ariba support Team provide Ariba related supports to all Kautex plants around the world. Kautex is a wholly own subsidiaries of Textron Inc. Position Summary

ICoE (Indirect Center of Excellence) Business Analyst will receive on-the-job training in a variety of identified areas by the managers. He/she will work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on-the-job training and learning.

Ariba Business Analyst to provide day-to-day support for Ariba systems and processes across multiple locations. This role ensures smooth system operations, accurate data management, and compliance with Textron policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA). You will act as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Principal Responsibilities

v Provide Level 1 support for Ariba, including troubleshooting functional and ERP-related issues.

v Maintain Ariba master data (user accounts, cost center approvers, indirect supplier records).

v Manage approval flows in Ariba to align with Textron DOA.

v Ensure consistency of supplier data between Ariba and SAP.

v Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Suppliers to resolve system issues promptly.

v Run and analyze Ariba reports to support operations and decision-making.

v Review data for accuracy and proactively identify discrepancies.

v Perform manual system updates when automated fixes are unavailable.

v Execute test scenarios in Ariba for validation and improvements.

v Support implementation of Ariba in new plants and assist with training and user documentation.

Qualifications

Education

BE/BTech ME/MTECH Any Degree

Stream (eg: Mechanical)

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
