Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting project teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements.
Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirement clarity.
Participate in meetings, document minutes, and track project progress.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or basic project management concepts.
