Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies for requirement gathering, planning, and project implementation.
2. Translating business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications for developers and QA teams.
3. Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and ensuring successful deployment.
4. Defining and monitoring KPIs related to product usage, customer behavior, and system performance.
5. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting usage data to derive insights that improve user experience.
6. Supporting the automation of internal processes for data collection and performance tracking.
7. Acting as the communication hub between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.

1. Have experience working with international clients or teams.

2. Are proficient in data analysis tools like excel, r, or python.

3. Have experience with data visualization platforms such as power bi or tableau.

4. Have previously contributed to improving user experience based on data and feedback.

Our ideal candidate will be someone with

1. At 0-1 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.

2. A degree in B.com from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business processes.

4. Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with agile tools.

5. The ability to write clear, concise functional requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presentations and stakeholder alignment.

7. A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
