Business Analyst - Internship

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic discussions.
2. Maintain and update CRM data, sales pipeline entries, and reports.
3. Assist in creating dashboards and weekly performance reports using Power BI and Google Sheets/Excel.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing dashboards.
5. Support marketing operations including research, outreach list creation, and campaign data tracking.
6. Work closely with the CEO on strategic tasks, documentation, and internal coordination.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation (training provided).

Stipend:

INR₹ 7,000 - 10,000 /month

Other Requirements:

1. Experience: 0–1 years.

2. Strong analytical and research ability.

3. Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.

4. Ability to work with Power BI.

5. Good communication and documentation skills.

6. Willingness to learn and collaborate across different functions.

7. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

8. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) – bonus.

9. Basic understanding of dashboards or automation tools – bonus.

10. Interest in business strategy, sales, or marketing – bonus.
