Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Analyst - IT. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and creating solutions to enhance system efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication between the IT department and various business units.
