We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst – IT Sales and Distribution (SAP ERP) with Overall 10 Years of experience having strong business and technical skills to support our operations by analyzing end to end processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytics skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Business Analyst undertakes IT Solution implementation, adoption, sustainable process improvements and support & leverage activities to meet sustain targets, deliver process implementation, innovation and satisfy agreed customer key performance indicators (KPIs) in our global IT portfolio.
What will you do:
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes (Specific to Sales and Distribution), identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Work with IT and business teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals. Leads/guides project team in undertaking small-scale business process improvement projects or initiatives; and/or the deployment of IT Solution functionalities.
- Training & Documentation: Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct sessions to support system adoption and process changes.
- Supplier Support Coordination & KPI Monitoring: Manage daily support tickets ensuring timely resolution and tracking performance against defined KPIs.

What will make you a great fit?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Overall, 10 Years of experience (IT Sales and Distribution (SAP ERP) and Functional domain) with expertise in end-to-end implementation as well as global rollouts.
- Strong understanding of Sales processes, order management, logistics, intercompany processes etc.
- Strong troubleshooting, post-go-live support capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficient in Customer/Material Master, Pricing, IDoc, EDI, ALE.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and working in a global environment.
- Project management skills and other SAP module experience (SAP MM, FICO, APO etc.) are an added advantage.
- Supply chain functional & integration exposure is an added advantage.
