Overview

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Analyst team you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and translate business needs into actionable user stories. As a Manager you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff to promote project success and maintain exceptional standards. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your knowledge in banking and technology to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- 8 years of experience in banking domain
- Proven experience with Java and related technologies
- Excelling in client communication and requirement translation
- Collaborating with architects for API design
- Analyzing and documenting business processes
- Creating user stories and integration mapping documents
- Securing compliance with banking regulations
- Knowledge of legacy applications in Java preferred
- Understanding of source control/version control systems
