Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic client-facing professional who leverages deep Retail Merchandising knowledge and provides data driven insights to drive value for B2B partnerships. Functions as the primary source between clients and internal technical teams, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to drive timely solution delivery.

1.Platform Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our software platform to communicate effectively and document functionalities and insights for clients.

2.Data Intelligence: Deliver powerful AI and data-driven insights to consultants and senior team members, enhancing client engagement and strategic decision-making processes.

3.Client Relationship Management: Promptly address and resolve daily client queries, ensuring smooth operations through exceptional service delivery.
