Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst – CRM(salesforce service) to support the strategic and operational needs of our customer relationship management initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting salesforce team for system configurations and enhancements, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of CRM processes, excellent communication skills, and experience working on technology-enabled business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to identify and define CRM business requirements.
· Elicit, analyze, and document business processes, use cases, workflows, and user stories.
· Support the implementation and configuration of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
· Participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
· Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support.
· Monitor and report on CRM system performance, adoption, and user feedback.
· Maintain documentation for system functionality, processes, and enhancements.
· Continuously identify areas for improvement in CRM processes and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or customer-facing systems.
· Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
· Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
· Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
