For more details visit: www.iserveu.in Requirements Job Title: Kiosk Banking Business Analyst Location: Bhubaneswar Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis: Analyze existing kiosk banking processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, and customer service) to understand their needs and requirements related to kiosk banking. Data Analysis:Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to kiosk usage, customer behavior, and performance metrics. Solution Design: Develop and document solutions for kiosk banking processes, including workflows, user interfaces, and system configurations. Documentation and Presentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with kiosk banking operations and propose mitigation strategies. Project Support: Support the implementation and rollout of kiosk banking solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Business Case Development: Develop business cases to justify investments in kiosk banking initiatives, highlighting potential benefits and ROI.
