Job Description: 

Focusing on traveling to client sites for diagnostic studies and understanding process flows, this role is pivotal in translating complex operational challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions. You'll work closely with clients to dissect their processes, identify bottlenecks, and liaise with technical teams to develop bespoke solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  Travel extensively to client sites for in-depth diagnostic studies and process analysis. 

 Engage directly with clients to understand their operational challenges and objectives.

  Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed process information. 

 Analyze data and process flows to identify improvement opportunities. 

 Work closely with technical teams to translate client needs into effective AI solutions. 

 Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across various departments (e.g., production, engineering, IT, quality, management) to ensure successful alignment of AI initiatives with broader business goals. 

 Facilitate cross-departmental communication to gather requirements, present findings, and manage project expectations. 

 Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of AI implementation projects. 

 Contribute to the creation of project proposals, presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), and other supporting documentation that clearly articulate the value proposition and implementation plans for AI solutions. 

 Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives related to diagnostics and process optimization. 

 Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, such as client feedback, operational metrics, market trends, and financial reports, to identify areas for improvement. 

 Document current client processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. 

 Develop and present actionable recommendations and solutions to enhance client diagnostics, streamline processes, and improve overall performance. 

 Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, project managers, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of recommendations. 

Qualifications: 

 Experience in process optimization, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors. 

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency. 

 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical audiences. 

 Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 

 B1/B2 visa for international client visits. 

 Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively across diverse teams.

 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

 Experience in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to drive successful project outcomes. 

 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their expectations, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their needs.
