About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a focus on Sales and Marketing to join our team in Valsad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be well-versed in analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness to drive strategic business decisions. As this position is based in Valsad, we prefer a local candidate who understands the regional market and is open to traveling for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and sales plans
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare actionable insights and reports for senior management
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business decisions
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Regularly travel for client meetings, business development, and on-ground market assessment
• Support CRM management and improve lead conversion metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales and marketing functions
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel
• Must be a Valsad localite or willing to relocate to Valsad immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
