Thakral One is a leading global technology solutions provider, specializing in digital transformation and consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join one of our banking clients in Bangalore, to support T24 Treasury project.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our T24 Treasury system. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including finance, risk management, and IT, to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the T24 Treasury system
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of new features and functionalities
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the implementation phase
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and proposing solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users on the T24 Treasury system
• Continuously monitor and review the T24 Treasury system to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in T24 Treasury system functionality and processes
  
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of T24 Treasury system functionality and processes
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus
