Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in business analysis and a strong understanding of IT solutions. As a Business Analyst at VectorStack, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing our clients' business needs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
Assist in project planning, coordination, and management to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather information and communicate project progress.
Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of IT solutions, particularly in POS systems, is a plus.
