Business Analyst (1 to 2 Yrs Experience)

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate high-level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring that stories are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead story refinements to ensure development teams have clarity on requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and development teams, ensuring alignment.
• Provide ongoing support to developers by answering questions about business logic and existing features.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the final product meets business needs.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases with minimal defects.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis for SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
