Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with potential clients to understand their business objectives and pain points.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions to identify functional, technical, and operational needs.
• Analyze client workflows and processes to propose effective solutions.

2. Solution Design:

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution architectures.
• Prepare detailed solution documentation, including proposals, presentations, and workflows.
• Design use cases and user stories to align with the proposed solutions.

3. Client Interaction:

• Participate in pre-sales meetings, calls, and workshops with clients.
• Present technical and functional solutions to stakeholders, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs.
• Address client queries and concerns during the pre-sales phase.

4. Proposal Development:

• Draft RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs (Request for Quotes).
• Develop and deliver competitive proposals that outline project scope, cost estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of the proposed solutions.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Act as a bridge between the client and technical teams to clarify requirements and expectations.

6. Market Research:

• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Identify opportunities to refine existing offerings or introduce new ones based on market demand.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, proposals, and requirement specifications.
• Provide insights to stakeholders through detailed reports and analysis of pre-sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to create detailed business documentation, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
