Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, supporting the alignment between product and development teams in a dynamic platform. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and documenting gaps between user stories and design artifacts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams. This role is critical in maintaining up-to-date documentation and driving clarity in high-level and low-level design processes.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis & Gap Documentation:
• Analyze user stories and attached designs to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and missing details.
• Document these gaps clearly and work with the product and design teams to address them effectively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Liaise between the product and development teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and aligned with project objectives.
• Act as the bridge to maintain a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Documentation Management:
• Create and maintain High-Level Diagram (HLD) and Low-Level diagram (LLD) (Facilitate)documents.
• Keep Confluence and other collaboration tools up-to-date with accurate and well-organized content.
• Process Enhancement:
• Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure timely delivery of requirements with minimal ambiguity.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or IT product company.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro or similar).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with HLD and LLD principles and their application in SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
