Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience who can analyze
and understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-
driven insights to support decision-making. He/She should drive lead engagement with
business and technology stakeholders, drive best practices in process analysis, and support
automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Gather and capture business requirements and functional specifications across
clients.
● Translate business requirements into technical terms and drive team effort to
design, build, and manage technology solutions.
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and strategies.
● Plan and Design the As-is and To-be processes.
● Identify automation blockers and assess process suitability for automation.
● Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD) detailing processes, sub-processes,
and tasks.
● Present and document automation design processes, including risks, assumptions,
and dependencies.
● Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate requirement mapping.
● Monitor benefits realized from automation and recommend optimizations.
● Provide weekly progress reports.
● Identify new process opportunities, analyze feasibility, and estimate automation
potential.
● Create and drive best analysis practices throughout the team.
● Partner with Project Leads in delivering projects and assist in project management
responsibilities.
● Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
● Lead and participate in multiple projects by managing project scope, schedules, and
documentation.
● Work closely with QA teams for unit and integration testing, create test cases, and
ensure high-quality product delivery.

Must-Have Skills:
● Strong domain knowledge on various vertical industry
● In-depth knowledge of automation technologies and implementation at scale.
● Strong process analysis skills to identify suitable technology solutions.
● Familiarity and Understanding of OCR, AI/ML and RPA technologies.
● Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and business process modeling.
● Ability to work independently and resolve complex problems.
● Knowledge of change management processes.
● Experience with Agile development methodology.
● Experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Proven record of working on enterprise-level solutions such as SAP, Microsoft
Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS/Fusion and Legacy systems.

Good-to-Have Skills:
● Experience implementing automation solutions using UiPath or Automation
Anywhere.
● Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
● Experience working in Agile & SCRUM teams.
● Domain-specific knowledge related to industries such as Manufacturing, Banking,
Financial Services, Payments, Retail, and Government.
● Experience in project management, including leading solutioning efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
