Job Title : Business Analyst

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding our cross-functional teams through the agile development process. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our teams are efficient, collaborative, and focused on delivering value to our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 - 7 years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and practices.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering high-quality products.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and facilitate constructive discussions.
• Experience with various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their implementation.
• Proficient in using agile management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
