Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our project managers and stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to kickstart their career in business analysis.

- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives
- Assist in documenting and analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Gather and document detailed requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and other methods
- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions
- Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Participate in meetings and workshops to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented accurately
- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with project management software
