Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for blockchain and traditional technology projects.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas where blockchain can drive efficiency, transparency, or cost savings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
• Translate complex blockchain concepts into understandable business language for stakeholders.
• Work with developers and technical leads to ensure functional specifications align with blockchain architecture.
• Support the design and execution of smart contracts, tokenomics, and distributed ledger implementations.
• Perform competitive and market analysis to identify trends and potential blockchain applications.
• Create user stories, process flows, and data models.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and drive consensus.
• Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities for blockchain platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with blockchain projects (public or private networks).
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, smart contracts, tokenization, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, Solana, etc.
• Knowledge of Web3 ecosystem and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and crypto wallets.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Blockchain (e.g., Certified Blockchain Business Foundations) is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
