Overview

Position: IT Business Analyst
Location: Chennai/ Madurai (WFO)
Experience: 3+Years
Shift timings - (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and deliver competitive, high-quality solutions and proposals for IT requirements
• Need to involve in requirement gathering, preparing WBS, SRS, etc.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Work with technical team to analyze various client requirements in E-commerce, AI/ML, E-learning, Mobile application, and Cloud

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst in the web and mobile application development projects
• 5+ years of experience in an IT development and/or support environment
• Good experience in preparing proposals
• Good understanding of the latest IT technologies
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, MBA is preferred
