Business Analyst

ERP Process Knowledge (SAP or Any similar) Sales and Distribution, Production Management, Purchase and Material Management, Plant Maintenance, and financials

MIS Experience in generating MIS Reports (Related to ERP, Primary Sales, Sec Sales, Inventory etc)

Secondary Sales Knowledge Business flow understanding in secondary sales with Distributor management system

Business Application support /knowledge in general is essential

PowerBI /Looker/Tableau or any similar Platform working experience

Education - Bachelor's /BE/B Tech/BCA/B Com/ MCom with SAP expertise Or Any Similar in Computer Science/Or any other

Business vision, commitment, and the capacity to collaborate with team members and the business are all necessary for this position.

Quality and SLAs - Contribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for the account and unit - for example, responsiveness, resolution, software quality SLAs, Ensures that assigned tasks are completed on time and that delivery timelines are met in accordance with the quality targets of the organization
