Job Description: Business Analyst (Government Tenders)
Position Overview
Seeking a technically sound Business Analyst with 1 year of experience to work on government tenders. The candidate must be dynamic, logical, proactive, with strong business sense, problem-solving skills, and expertise in requirement analysis.

Location: On-site(Surat)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements for government tenders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate needs.
• Conduct requirement analysis and propose solutions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Support tender bidding and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Work with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Develop proposals and presentations for tender submissions.
• Utilize MS Excel or requirement management tools for documentation and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year as a Business Analyst, preferably in government tenders.
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of technical concepts.
• Skills: Requirement analysis, logical thinking, problem-solving, business acumen.
• Traits: Proactive, dynamic, excellent communicator.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
